A great work with much wit and wisdom. Filled with encounters with some of NBA’s greatest legends. Stuffed with sage advice and flavored with teachings from scriptures around the globe. Excellent book.

Inspiring and full of wisdom

Absolutely love this audiobook. It feels like being in the room with George as he masterfully shares his wisdom.

A book about unlocking the best of yourself and so much more. He covers a lot of ground in this one. Flow state, Jordan, addiction, wisdom, Kobe, courage, Dr. J, love, and simply being to name a few.

All woven together in a beautifully powerful and vulnerable way. Unlocked is a modern masterpiece.

This book is a gift - a guide to navigating life as an imperfect human in an imperfect world that is empowering to everyone that reads it. Hearing George read it himself makes it even better.

George, pls have a professional narrator narrate your audiobook. It’s difficult to receive your meaningful lessons the way it is narrated. (Stiff, obviously reading - sorry no offense! Just trying to help)

I’ll listen to this a few times.

As with George Mumford’s previous book, The Mindful Athlete, I have Unlocked on repeat so I don’t miss any of the many lessons.

George’s books should be required reading for everyone

George is the best. This entire book and his previous are well worth your time and will help you along your path.
