No surprise, a SEAL did it right
Great book, couldn't put it down . Engaging, practical, and fascinating. Thank God for all our SEALs...theyre amazing men who do unbelievable things. I learned a lot from this book and I'm already implementing changes in my life based on it.

An Excellent Book with a Point
I thoroughly enjoyed the story and characters. Most of all, I am great full of the point of the book and his insight. As ridiculous as it sounds, I feel like a door has opened in my mind! I will keep this book in my library as a tool when I feel I have any struggles in life.

Outstanding Book
Simply the most honest and real account of the reality of the war we are all in. The war in our heads. The center concept of internal dialogue and how it impacts human performance is so critical to understand. Thank you Tom for sharing you real experience and being brutally honest. Life changing book. As a mental health therapist for 30 years Tom hits on the key issue of change and recovery.
