Wonderful resource

The Evangelical church has caused traumatic harm to many in the LGBTQ community. This book is a great resource for anyone has to deal with hatred from the Evangelical church is any way.

Awesome book, weird sound

This woman reading, or maybe just the recording itself, sounds like Alexa, or Siri. Very robotic, and hard to listen to. Of course I listened anyway because the book itself is amazing!

Inspiring, Affirming, and exactly what I needed ♡

I was encouraged and embraced throughout each chapter of this well written book. From heart breaking testimonials to affirming language filled with love and inclusion...I felt healing throughout the experience. If anyone has felt the pain of rejection, or questioned their worth because of trauma in the Christian world being an LGBTQ+ member, I highly recommend giving this guide a read. From the start to finish know you will be affirmed, validated, and seen as the beautiful individual you are. ❤ 🌈

A story worth reading

Cantorna's story will encourage other LGBT Christians who are hurting (due to church, family, etc.) to live their full truth and understand their place in this world.

Unashamed is a great resource for your coming out journey. Beautifullly and thoughtfully written.
Amber shares her personal experiences coming out as a gay Christian, sharing her story and what she's overcome. I appreciate her bravery and writing this book.
