What didn’t you like about Betty Hart’s performance?
The cadence and voice changes are not believable. I was not drawn to the any of the stories in this book because of the narrator.You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
This book may have been better for me if I'd read it myself. This audible version was just horrible. I just let the book play (to get it over with) without getting into any of the stories after the first one.Awful Narration

Would you try another book from Francis Ray and/or Betty Hart?
Maybe, but definitely not if Betty Hart is the narrator. Ms. Hart voice sounds synthesized...like the Google voice. She reads with no emotion...very detached from the characters.Would you ever listen to anything by Francis Ray again?
