Will Beth and Donovan finally get an HEA?

First off, I love this series! Following Beth and Donovan's relationship in this series has been a joy...but, boy oh boy, do these two get into trouble! In this final book, Beth and Donovan get married and head off for their honeymoon in Hawaii...what can go wrong? As if bad guys hunting them down isn't enough, the pair are ripped apart by a Tsunami! Will they survive this latest test? Of course the bad guys survive the Tsunami, so it's a race against time to find each other before the bad guys get their job done. Did I mention that I love this series! Each book is packed with non-stop action, bad guys and this bad@$$ couple. This book does not disappoint and the narration is on point. Our favorite couple finally get an HEA and I am sad to see the end of the series...hopefully we will see them in a spin-off...I'm looking for Thorne's story (hint...lol).

Non Stop action

This series never fails to provide nonstop hair raising action! Beth and Donavan find themselves deep in the middle of yet another natural disaster. The love they have for each other and their fellow victims is awe inspiring. One would think the subject of these two facing hurricanes, earthquakes and now tsunamis would get a bit tiresome, but Chrys Fey’s well written and engaging stories keep me coming back for more!
I listened to the audio version and Bill Nevitt manages the nearly impossible character base straight! It’s a Herculean job and he does it well!

Part 3 of an action romance

This is the third book in the disaster crimes series. I read the second, although not the first. Each story can stand alone, however the relationship of the main characters builds throughout.

While on honeymoon, Beth and Donovan must face a bad guy’s revenge in addition to a terrible tsunami. Another sultry romance packed with action. This is not your ordinary romance or action story, but an integration of both which I quite like.

The narration was, as ever, very good by Bill.

Great Crime Telling

Again another great reading by Bill Nevitt, he brings to life the characters and makes them sound like it really is happening in front of you. I was on the edge listening to the story unfold I got lost in it.

Tsunami Crimes

Tsunami Crimes is the third book in the Disaster series. This book is filled with memorable characters, both good and bad. The writing was so vivid that I could feel Beth being towed under then scraped up by the rocks during the Tsunami. I could also feel Donovan’s despair while searching for her. Fans of crime thrillers and romantic suspense would enjoy hearing this novel. Bill Nevitt did a great job of bringing it to life.

Wow!

What a honeymoon. Just when the happy couple thinks they are safe from the bad guys stalking them, mother nature rears her ugly head. A walk on the beach becomes a nightmare. Will they find their way back to each other? Were the bad guys lost in the wave?

The author has written an amazing story. She's made it seem like the reader is in the middle of the action. The Characters are real including those along the ride with the couple. Some rescued, some lost. The reader feels the anxiety waiting to meet up with loved ones or worse.

Another winner from this series. I can't wait for the next listen,

A wild entertaining story

Tsunami Crimes has a lot going on!There is a romance between the lead characters who are engaged at the beginning of the book, there are some rather persistent criminals, and there is Mother Nature throwing a tropical storm into the mix. The result is rather entertaining and fun, even if it isn't entirely believable. The narrator does a good job with the material though I found his narration took a little getting use to.

One wild ride!

This is the first book in the series I’ve read/listened to. I instantly fell in love with the charachters so it was a struggle between stopping to go back and get the first few books or keep on with this one. Ultimately I was already hooked with Tsunami Crimes so I kept on. I’m so glad I did. It has everything going on crime, natural disaster and a romance thrown in there. It’s non stop from the very beginning. The combination of solid writing and excellent narration made me feel every emotion Beth and Donovan felt. The heartbreak, the love all of it. My heart was racing through most of the book so I took every second I could find to listen to it. Definitely recommend and I will definitely go back to the beginning of the series as well.

Continuing Romance and More Diaster

This is a continuation of the same two characters from books 1 and 2. Disaster stalks them. Wow, what a honeymoon. I enjoy watching the relationship change and grow as we move from novel to novel. Great characters and an exciting read. Highly recommend.

Edge of the seat and fast paced action.

Tsunami Crimes by Chrys Fey is a book that grabs the reader right from the start and doesn't let go until the dramatic end. Apparently part of a series, this is the first book that I have read (listened to) by this author and I don't feel like I was lost; the author does a good job of filling in any pertinent past details that the reader may need to know. Lots of action, beautiful descriptions of scenes, strong characters and an exciting plot make for a good book and this has lots of them all. With the descriptions of the beauty of Hawaii, I was really looking forward to my up and coming trip there in a few weeks and then came the tsunami...maybe I'll stay home! So realistic and heartbreaking. Never having been surfing, I enjoyed the scenes where the characters were riding the waves...sounds like fun but I'll probably stick to wading! I listened to a complimentary copy of the audiobook and the narrator, Bill Nevitt, does a great job telling the story, making for an enjoyable listening experience.
And because many of the books I read and review are in the Christian fiction genre, I will just put a disclaimer here that this book is at least a PG-13 rating, due to language and intimacy details
