Who can you trust if you can't trust yourself?
Twenty-seven-year-old Lizzie has a great relationship with her teenage stepson, Sam, even though they could pass for brother and sister. When Sam becomes sullen and withdrawn, Lizzie starts to suspect that something sinister is going on at school. But no-one believes her, and then suspicion falls on Lizzie herself....

Would you try another book from Zosia Wand and/or Imogen Church?
I bought this book because anything with Imogen Church is a no-brainer, but this book did not do her justice. I won't buy another Zosia Wand book.If you’ve listened to books by Zosia Wand before, how does this one compare?
This was my first and I was super disappointed.Have you listened to any of Imogen Church’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes. I love her performances in every book I hear. She was great as always. I can't help but wonder why she chose to read this book.If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Trust Me?
Did Zosia even have an editor? Okay, here's the deal. This book was so repetitive that throughout the entire book, I had to check if I accidentally rewound it. I haven't read a book that repeated words and phrases this many times since '50 Shades of Grey,' and I've read a lot of cheesy mystery books since the terrible days of 50 Shades. The story was slightly intriguing, but too predictable. I had the ending predicted by... I'd say by the end of the beginning. The dialog and even small details such as her fashionable outfit were hard to imagine in reality. Like, a petty coat with capri leggings underneath? No, stop, what? This does not paint a beautiful image of a fashionable 27-year-old in my mind at all whatsoever. The rapidly changing character traits were never quite explained. Was Sam developing schizophrenia? I mean, that's how unbelievable his personality really was. The characters that were meant to be likable including the main character were actually quite loathsome. I was excited to find the main character had a cool, trendy job, and even that became dull and drawn out. I just... I can't with this book. I let it play all the way through, but I could hardly listen to the end. I've never even given a book a negative review before, but this one just did not resonate well with me in the slightest. Moving on.Did she have an editor?
