Great story

I enjoy the series of books that Louis has wrote. Very detailed and very well told.

Great deducing while riding and hunting.

Having clues without much proof he is caught trying tryin to collect evidence and find proof of the ranch once there 3 years earlier. without finding anyone to tell him what became of the home and stock he must keep quietly finding clues.

One of Louis L'amours better books! Great read!

Lots of action and many twists and turns! Been reading his books for 40 years.

always love Hopalong Cassidy, and Louis L'amour does Hoppy great justice in this wonderful listen

Great fun

I like a lot b of LLs stories but oddly enough these are some of my favorites - odd because they were written to the Hoppy formula very early in Louis career. However they move fast. Very economically written. Good characters. Interesting plots. What not to enjoy?

A Detective Novel?

Disappointed with this series. Seems like Cassidy is merely a private detective. I cannot recommend this work
