This installment focuses on Genevieve whose name was changed to Nichelle after her mom committed a murder in Philly and had to flee and create new identities in order to prevent from going to jail. Nichelle does know that Genesis from Stackin’ Paper is her brother because her mom was pregnant with when he was hauled off to Juvie for the murder of his father. Nichelle later falls in love with a kingpin named Carmelo. Carmelo can’t stand her best friend Tierra and warns her that she is a snake. Nichelle is heartbroken when later Carmelo along with a few other people including their friend Simone ends up dead. After Carmelo’s death Nichelle finds out she is pregnant with Carmelo’s baby. After an unfortunate event she loses the baby and then meets Renny, the New Kingpin. Renny helps her through the loss of baby and he moves her in with him and she then falls for him. After officially making her his girl, Nichelle finds out some traumatizing information about Tierra and Renny’s dealings which is a game changer for her. Arnez appears and is this installment as welling still coming for Genesis head. You really have to read these books in order to really get it!
