I was once betrayed by my own, cast aside to a dismal American city, a disowned Bratva royal in hiding, hunted by the Mafia for my actions against a Don.
I'm quietly biding my time, strategizing my return to Russia to reclaim my family's legacy and seize my Bratva throne from my own flesh and blood. But fate took an unexpected turn when I crossed paths with her in a dingy bar, amidst awful music and even worse liquor.
What could be better than returning to Russia with my heir already secured within the womb of a mesmerizing woman? My plan: I will abduct her. I will seduce her. I will ensure our legacy continues. And then, as tradition dictates, she will meet her fate. So why am I haunted by thoughts of a future together?
As for my spirited malishka, she dreams of freedom, yearning to escape my grasp. But I will never release her. Only death can part us now, and the timing of that event depends solely on her.
"Trapping His Queen" is a standalone novel with a satisfying HEA, but the series is best enjoyed in suggested order for a richer listening experience. This series delves into dark themes, featuring an unapologetic villain who acts without restraint. Proceed with caution, and immerse yourself in this electrifying romance at your own discretion.

Unfortunately, the delivery was just too awful to endure. Perhaps I’ll eyeball read it someday, but in the meantime this is a ‘no’ for me.
A potentially decent read, ruined by poor production / awful sound quality.
🎙️ Audio:
Absolutely awful—honestly, I’m unclear on why anyone approved this and sent it ‘to press’ in this condition. The sound quality is absolute garbage—why does it sound like this?!?! Genuinely asking.
It made for a very tough listen, as I felt like someone was trying to t0rture information out of me or something—I’ll say anything you want, just make this noise stop!! There was a very odd echo throughout the entire book. This was not a connectivity issue, as I downloaded it before listening. Thinking maybe something got corrupted, I deleted and re-downloaded it, but no. It really just sounds like this and for some reason the author or publisher approved it.
0 stars.
Couldn't get past the poor sound quality.
