Confusion

The story seemed to be ok, but the virtual voice has so many random repeats that the story was almost funny. Once you get past all the different things going on (there is so much); the foolishness of the virtual voce.. the story seems pretty decent!

Like watching paint dry

Virtual voice would repeat scenes. How can Giant be a drug lord/millionaire and enemies are able to get close and kidnap his family. Hs ex is able to stalk his girlfriend and kidnap her sister. This book is just long and drawn out. All over the place…

Repeats

The story had so many parts that kept repeating that was the first problem. The story just did not make sense overall it was just all over the place. The first book was really good. I was so hoping to enjoy the second book, but I just could not because it was just too many repeats too many parts that didn’t make sense and it’s still not making sense. Also, Kehlani’s mother called Kehlani sisters her granddaughter’s so is Kehlani their mother or is she really their sister? I’m just so confused.

Chaos

Book 2 was just all over the place. Rushed and poorly written. Sentences were repeated even whole sections multiple times. Descriptive words constantly repeated. Although the first book was a cliffhanger, it really isn't worth it to read/listen to the second.
