Repetitive writing

I don’t understand why the need was felt to keep repeating the same things over and over within the same paragraphs. Repeating the same phrase for the same feeling makes u not want to continue to read the series

Just okay

The book was just okay for me. The storyline was good and could have been better developed. Too many unanswered questions were left hanging. Did not close the loop and many of the characters. The voice over was horrendous. There was repeated readings of the same paragraphs. Mispronounced characters names. The words written were also repeated. Words like palpable, deafening etc…There could have been other words chosen. The book had a lot of potential if it was developed properly.

great listen

Love the story and the character development. I cannot wait for the next great book.

Disappointing

This book could’ve been very good with a little more effort. I loved the story, but the way it was written was extremely poor and it missed the mark. Not only were some key details confusing(ex: B name sister age was she 13 or 11??), but the display of detail happening wasn’t enough like you can’t just say “palpable” every time to describe the atmosphere of scene lol there is a multitude of other words that could have been used…pls broaden your vocabulary.

This book is all over the place it’s like some parts are repeating itself. Like why am I listening to a sentence and then basically hearing it again in the same way

Good but lacking

He story has potential and I look forward to the next installment. With that being said it leaves a lot to the imagination. Giant is portrayed to be the big street king pin that the story tried to lead you to believe . His decision making and how he handles things seems more like street gangster. The story has alot of potential so hopefully the next installment is better.

Nothing

I like how Giant got the woman he needed. Author just slow down and don’t drag chapters out in your next book. Try reading other Urban books before writing. Just my advice this book seems as if you put a lot of thought into it but u just don’t know how to make it seem as real as other authors. K.C.Mills, K’wan authors like these have believable stories. Just a little tip not trying to be ugly. Write about things that you know more about street life might not be it for you.

It started off good got a little boring but keep you reading to see where it was going Giant don’t seam like a kingpin more like a drug dealer with no gangster no sure what he did to Niles for all this attention

It was very slow. It wasn’t like Giant was a kingpin, more like a regular dealer.

Ok story line

The storyline is ok not much different from typical urban books the main things that bothered me was things repeat themselves a lot so while listening on audible it felt like I was hearing things I just heard and wasn’t sure if I had hit rewind by accident. Certain parts of the book don’t collaborate well with other parts.
