I benefited so much from this audiobook!
I have always known that I had a negative mindset in a lot of ways but finding the right tools to strengthen and grow a more positive mindset is at most times overwhelming. This book has allowed me to break down every action I needed to take into small steps and embed positive thinking into my subconscious. I am noticing differences in the way I react to situations that would normally stress me out and make me feel overwhelmed. I am also noticing how calm I am and stress-free I feel when I wake up every morning and lay down for sleep. 10/10 would recommend this audiobook because everyone can benefit from this!

Very Helpful
Negative thoughts have such a negative affect on our lives, whether we know it or not. The author lays out the foundation of how negative thoughts can affect us and how to transform our mind to think more positively, which will be more helpful for our lives. Much Needed!
in the past week the negative thoughts have seemed to make their way into my brain, and its almost as if this audiobook fell into my playlist with purpose! This is very effective tools to change that mindset and literally in 5 simple steps, I love how this book is delivered and has made its way in my top 10, I highly recommend this book to everyone because I know it will be very useful on many levels, I know it has helped me a lot! 10/10 Fantastic listen!

Excellent - Highly recommended
Toxic thinking has plagued me my entire life, which is something I realized several years ago and has been a work in progress since trying to change that. I've undergone some ACT, DBT, and CBT, so I'm familiar with many of the topics discussed. I must say that the author did an excellent job describing these types of therapy and I enjoyed hearing about them again as a refresher in such a well-written (And narrated) and succinct way.
With the help of this audiobook, I realized that I had let my guard down so to speak, and back-tracked. This audiobook was exactly what I needed to help get myself back in check and think more positively about myself and life in general. I appreciate this very much and thank you to the author for that!

Inner Peace Found!
That inner monologue - if only we can shut it up lol. Not too long ago if you told people you do a lot of self talk they would think you’re coo coo, a lot is changing. I have a very stressful job and positive self talk is a must everyday! That’s why I picked up a copy of this audiobook, to help me to better identify those negative sessions, break free from them and find that inner peace!
