I loved the stories, especially the political ones. some of it's pretty hard to believe and some of it's funny. A lot of it's really not.

The book is about a lot more than you may realize

The overwhelming lesson I got from this book is that studying all of the steps someone has taken that ultimately lead to a mistake can only help in preventing future catastrophes.
