Perseverance By design.

I have finished a couple of audible books, and this one is one of my favorites.
The writer has taken us through his lifetime of struggles, self-doubt, and mental health issues, and each has always been met with perseverance towards greatness. He is supported by love, faith, and family he not only teaches but also gives to others as he honors them and believes that they have what it takes to succeed.
He chose a great narrator who emphasized his essence and presence in a book.
You will not be disappointed.

Great Story

What an awesome story . I could relate on so many levels. While I was reading this book this book has given me the confidence to pursue cyber security and to drop all of my fears and go for it thank you Boyd!!

The book I didn’t know I needed

Through the Firewall is a book I choose to read because of a friend. It’s not a title I would have been drawn to because I’m the opposite of a techie. However, I am SO glad I downloaded it! I laughed, I cried, I got angry, I’ve finished it and now I’m inspired. This is a book I’ll buy and give as a graduation gift. It’s one you’ll need an actual copy of to go through and highlight meaningful thoughts. This is a book to revisit every year or two to keep or get back on track. I’ve been stuck and Through the Firewall is the swift kick in the rear end that I’ve desperately needed! Oh yeah, and I even learned a little bit about cybersecurity! Do yourself a favor and buy this book. It’s entertaining, inspiring and one you’ll share with others.

Amazing Book

Hands down..best book I ever read other than the Bible. Faith, Family, and Finance is exactly how I live my life. I appreciate you sharing your life story the good the bad and the ugly. I’m so happy for you and your family. You will continue to be blessed.

The realization that the spirit of the Lord can save you even from yourself!

Truly Inspirational!!

This book from start to finish was amazing. I have never been as engaged to any book as I was with this one. With this book, Boyd has confirmed that if he can make it anybody can. I recommend this book not only to aspiring IT professionals but to anyone who is looking to go out and make large impact in their community and the world. Hands down this is a 5 star read!

So blessed that I read this book!

This is the first audio book that I finished from beginning to end. And I must say, it spoke volumes to me. It’s very engaging. Definitely a deep story that shows you that you are in control of your destiny no matter how things may start out. I am definitely going to listen again!

Exactly what I needed to hear

This book reminds me of so many things I’ve been through in my I.T. Career and in my personal life as a black man. This book has give me inspiration and the confidence to continue to go after my dreams and most importantly, help others which in turn will build a legacy. I appreciate you, Boyd!
