I just finished Thriving Through Ministry Conflict, and it completely reframed how I see myself and others.

Solid short book. Very practical

Good solid practical reading for people of all vocations.

One of the challenges is identifying habits of red behavior in oneself. The book seems to leave a reader with the impression that it’s a sequential process that one will overcome if the right steps are taken and at the right time.

This book gives me a lot to think about even though it’s pretty succinct.
