Great falling asleep to.

Made me feel good as I wasn't in as rough shape, but oh, those knees. She explains aging in an understandable & kind way.

Very relatable

Loved the authors voice, insight and humor taking us into the process of aging. Loved the specificity of some chapters, ie. Zen practice with aging knees. Found myself saying and thinking “me too” with delight in not being alone in thinking and experiencing these things. Highly recommended.
