Tight knit crew on an edge-of-your seat adventure!

I've seen it said that fans of Firefly would love this series. And so far, I think that's a fair assessment.

Snape introduces us to those aboard the Sunstar, The Wrecking Squad (for the last time, it's Crew!), and within the first few minutes, if even, you know these people. The characters are fleshed out so well, you just immediately want to follow them on their journey. And you do. Through an epic adventure, where pasts unravel, and folk question themselves and everything they know and have done. All of those elements of down-to-the-wire tension, as you hold your breath, waiting to see if these characters you've come to know and care for, are going to make it through.

This is a science fiction, action/adventure that keeps you on the edge of your seat whether through the action, or the unfolding history of the Crew. This is everything I love about science fiction/space adventure.
Ryan Pierson does an excellent job breathing life into Snape's already amazing work.

Great story and characters

I enjoyed the character development and plot. A wonderful introduction to the series. I am looking forward to book 2!

Pure fun

The Wrecking Squad is a fun sci-fi novel, with myriad (sometimes macabre) twists from start to finish. It’s a great pick for anyone who loves space-fairing sci-fi as well as those just curious to try one. Full review on FanFiAddict.

Thrilling Action Adventure

This was my first experience with this author's work, and it won't be my last. I enjoyed this almost non-stop action thriller. Once the audiobook started, my attention was gripped by the story, and I listened to the whole audiobook from beginning to end without stopping. I was thrilled to be in space with this group of adventurers. I liked the characters and their relationships as they cared about one another. I enjoyed Ryan Pierson's narration as his performance enhanced the story's entertainment. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.
