The World According to Nonni

Once upon a time a middle aged couple fell in love and married for the first time at age 40. The catch was that the groom was still living with his mother. When the couple decided to shut off the snooze alarm on their biological clocks and start a family, they produced 3 children in 3 years. The result was a boisterous , sometimes chaotic household with two very tired parents. In the middle of this, lived an elderly, old world, old fashioned grandmother called “Nonni” by the kids. Nonni observed everything, and had her own unique way of managing the children. Nonni’s original, sometimes whimsical, often comical view of the world made a lasting impression on her granddaughter Michelle. It is Michelle who tells Nonni’s story.
