She may have been beatified as a saint, but Joan of Arc was in many ways a very ordinary human being, a person who felt pain and fear, a person who made mistakes, and who had moments of weakness.

Nothing but battle descriptions. I'm sorry I bought it. I wish audible had a way to return books that don't turn out to be sufficiently captivating to hold ones' interest.

Audio is so low, you can barely hear it.
Read the book, the audio book is terrible, so much bass in the voice that you can barely make out what he is saying.
