When Gwen Bray replies to a wife-wanted ad in the newspaper, she does it mostly as a joke. She never expects to get a reply. But Gwen is up against forces she has no experience with, and she soon finds herself drawn into a breathless romance. She'll have to keep her wits about her if she wants to be home in time for Christmas....
