I appreciate that this author gave the info, the action steps, a couple examples and then moved on.
This would be even better worth a pdf of them skills she discussed.
Listen to it weekly to build the habits.

Unstoppable mindset staple
This is a motivational and practical listen that provides baseline tips and suggestions for mindset formation. It is short with a compelling title which allured me into reading it. It didn’t disappoint but delivered the right dose of knowledge, appeal, and punch to solicit lasting change. The thoughts have me excellent material to chew on for a while. I will read this again.

Short…but to the point and motivating!
A short and easy listen. Alot of good gems and common sense things we know, but sit in the back of our mind. This book helps brings them forward and helps pushes us in the moment…I found it motivating and inspiring. I probably could listen to this once a week (less than 1 hour). The Narrator voice sounds little robotic. Maybe pick a different Narrator. But its not horrible… i listened to this book at no extra cost during my Plus Membership period. But i found it useful…So i actually purchased the audiobook for less than $3😊 i consider $3 for this audiobook is worth it. Definitely will listen to several times, when i need a kick in the a$$….overall solid project!
