I've gone through this book at least 6 times.
I've been inspired everytime I listen to this book. I really use it to re motivate and energize myself to stick to running and the ultimate goal of running an ultra.

Good for the Basics
Nothing new here, but it is a good review of some basics. The diet section I think is a bit outdated, but again, it is all very high level. I don't think the PDF training plans accompany this though, which is the main reason I purchased the book. No real excuse for not including those anymore. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who has already run an ultra.
