The content was excellent and exactly the information i was looking for. I use a lot of these techniques but now learning that i can automate them is awesome.
The narrator got a little boring at times but I understand this not an adventure novel. Overall great content.

This is the approach that makes sense

This author/investor has married a technological approach to practical insights on investing in real estate. After attending RE seminars, reading and hearing multiple books on the Subject of real estate investing, (as well as talking to family and friends already investing) this is the approach that makes the most sense! For most, equity seems to be the later result of investing; Mr. Koren’s advice seems to put equity at the forefront of the investing decision. There may be many others who agree with this but Mr. Koren is the one who made it crystal clear in this book.
There are numerous ways of investing in real estate, but the one thing that matters in all of it is that you get it for the right price. Mr. Koren advises a proper calculation of equity, and strategies to ensure that you buy at the right price.

This is the first book that kept my attention and interest. Very informative and insightful. Helps you think and see outside the box for opportunities and how they work.

very good information with innovative ideas

I discovered the author when coming across this YouTube channel and becoming intrigued. offers excellent, advanced strategies which at times need a little more in depth explaining than provided here. I assume that's done on purpose to sell his online course. but that being said, there's nuggets here that will accelerate my investing.

The short credentials above hopefully will help provide something valuable insight into my review (Working on or flipped over 75 homes in NJ). This book was painfully slow for me during the first half, bruise through if you’re like me. It is WORTH YOUR TIME! However, once Liran started to talk about unlocking equity at auctions and data mining, I could not help but smile! This book for the last half was incredible! The motivation he gives you and the tricks he goes into depth are worth more than the price of this book. We are buying a piece of a brilliant investors knowledge. MUST READ for everyone!

Book doesn't match the title

I found this book by looking for information on Airbnb. I checked out the reviews which said there was hardly any info on Airbnb but they still had good things to say. The stories were well-written and the author was well versed. I enjoyed it but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for and the speaker was monotone. There were lots of plugs for the author's online course, but for good reason. I'm sure it's an excellent product. I would've just liked some real info on Airbnb instead of 2 mentions.

this is no how to guide, its a sales pitch con

it just teqses you with some info and then states you cant cover everything in this book so join my program online and pqy a fee. not worth the read for a serious investor.
