I didn't know what I was missing until I came across this audiobook. Never having heard of the sport pickleball, I ravished the audiobook and it was a whole new world for me. I definitely need to try such an exciting sport!

A great guide

I’m fascinated by this sport book. The author explained this really well. I had no idea what that new court was at the gym, well, it’s pickle ball! And now I know how to play, Let’s Go!

This guide has given me so much excitement and knowledge about the sport of pickleball that I can't wait to get out there and start playing.

Before listening to this audiobook, I had only heard of pickleball in passing and had never really learned much about it. However, the narrator did an amazing job of breaking down the basics and making the sport accessible to beginners like me. Now, I am researching courts near me and can't wait to put all the new knowledge I've gained into practice.

One of the things I loved about this audiobook was the detailed descriptions of various techniques and strategies. Even as a beginner, I feel like I have a solid foundation to build on and grow my skills. The narrator's accent was also a treat to listen to, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

Overall, "The Ultimate Pickleball Beginner's Guide" exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning this sport.

Last September, I played a game of pickleball with some friends. It was fun and good exercise, so when I saw The Ultimate Pickleball Beginner’s Guide on Audible, I couldn’t wait to listen! What a delightful, engaging, and informative book! I laughed many times at the anecdotes and fun facts about a sport that is a great fit for anyone. It appeals to people of all ages, skill levels and walks of life.

This book not only gives the history of pickleball, though, it prepares you to get out on the court and play!

Rules, game play, definitions and terms (do you know what “dink” means?), equipment (which is very minimal, thankfully!), safety, how to improve pickleball skils, tips, dos and don’t, strategies, drills, and so much more.

I am not naturally athletic at all, and have never aspired to play any sport well.
