Great after understanding the premise!

I wasn’t sure what was going on until about a third of the way in. I will probably listen to again as it was thoroughly enjoyable. At certain points I HAD to listen to each end of the stories I was on the edge of my seat.

Original. Thought provoking. Just good fun.

This book was different from anything I’ve read before and I read (well listen) allll the time. Some of the authors I’ve read and one or two were new to me. And how the entire compilation tied together with the interwoven stories of broken people or people who break things was very well done.

i absolutely LOVED this! what a fantastic concept! this is a must- listen if you enjoy murder books and/or any of these authors.

Twists and Turns

At first, it was hard to follow with the different stories, however, I ended up enjoying the entire thing once I got the hang of it. Was disappointed when it was over.

Don’t give up! It gets good.

Fun read. Just takes time to not be confused, but then it gets interesting. Love Karen Slaughter though.

Really enjoyed the short story format.

I enjoyed the stories, the short story- style format and how all of the stories were in some way related to each other. At first I was like what is going on? but I did read a previous review and so I was at least expecting it a little. which was helpful. otherwise I might have given up too early. I did expect a different ending. Overall, I enjoyed the book and found it suspenseful. I was anticipating a different ending.if you like thrillers, it's a nice change of pace.

Best anthology ever!!

I'm a 42 yr old avid reader/listener & this is maybe the 3rd anthology where I loved every story. I think this is the 1st or 2nd review where every category got 5/5. Worth the time & every penny. I want more!!!!

OMG one of the best books I’ve heard in so long

This is such a good book short stories different point of views. I didn’t know that’s what I was getting when I was ordering the book. I was pleasantly surprised what a great adventure and then to find out it was true. Highly recommend
