Could not stop listening!

This book definitely keeps you wanting to hear more! Although the ending is not the outcome I hoped for, it definitely is worth the read/listen.

What a wild ride this story was! Had me enthralled and couldn’t wait to listen to it more as I crochet. I, as well as Dan I’m sure, wish there could’ve been more closure and answers but real life really doesn’t work like that. Hopefully the truth will all be revealed one day! Thanks for sharing your story!

It’s crazy everything that happened to you. It’s crazy how you love someone so much you don’t see all the red flags. I pray that you find someone that is healthy and knows how to love. I feel you just can’t blame everything she did on mental illness, at some point we all know right from wrong. You are so strong to have written this book. It’s an amazing story. I feel everyone should read it. I wish you joy, peace, and happiness.

if you're looking for a happy ending or justice, this book isn't it. it's hard to beleive a person could be this naive. As a reader I found it very frustrating

Amazing! No regrets!

This showed up on my FYP on TikTok. I was intrigued but skeptical. I took the plunge and bought it. I am so glad I did. My husbands ex was a narcissist and he was a victim of many of the things that happened to the author just shy of poisoning. The story resonated hard. I wish the author healing and hope.

Messy and ugly divorce!

I heard about this book on TikTok and I would have thought this book unbelievable a few years ago, but knowing someone who also went through a,
couldn’t make it up, crazy break up with a crazy girlfriend, it is not far fetched. The STD stuff was a bit repetitive, but a necessary part I guess.

By the way, JDMcCabe, you could definitely top up your pension fund by narrating books or presentations! I wish you the best.

Intense.

As someone who went through a very intense, long, crazy divorce; I relate to this book so much. I I had a lot of moments of “yep, I relate”.

Well written. I really enjoyed this book. Glad I decided to listen to it. I almost finished it without pause because I became so invested so quickly. Great job!

100% true

If your a man who has been through divorce court you know the cards are stacked against you. My advice is don't get married if you can help it. I don't pay allimony, but do know what it's like to have an evil ex-wife who will not tell you about the kids school or games. I pay my child support and do as I am told. The court in South Carolina is a birthright state and you guessed right the mom gets majority of the custody. 2 weekends for a father who didn't drink, do drugs, cheat, or abuse anyone in the house. It's a shame, but our reality.
