This is the first time I felt the need to write a review for a book. Due to the increasing use of digital technology during the pandemic period, “Technical Solution 'Creating Healthy Habits for Children Growing in the Digital World'" has become a very important book for me and my pre-adolescent child. Learning about the effects of hormones and their power in our habits had a very positive impact on us. Dr. Shimi Kang's methods/solutions can be applied before and after problems arise are really life changing.
