Great Story but hate Virtual Voice

This was a very good story, but the virtual voice was hard to follow and very distracting. Case in point, the emergency number 911 is pronounced nine hundred eleven by virtual voice. It is also hard to distinguish between female and male characters as virtual voice pronounces the same way for both. Please get rid of virtual voice

AI sucks!

AI reading is terrible! It was read so poorly. The inflection was so off; it made some of it nonsense! I’m pissed that I paid to listen to that 🤬 The story was good but fake reader screwed it up!

creativeness

I liked the creativeness of the characters and how they were tied together. I did not like that it was read via AI as they're was no emotion and difficult to "out myself" in the story.

Terrible narration!!!!

It was very hard to follow the story due to the horrible computer generated narrator.

the hideous AI voice

tried to listen, but the narration was hideous. had to replay sections, and sometimes chapters because of the hideous narration.
I think the story might have been worthwhile, as well as the characters, but I will never know. frustratingly hideous.

STOP with the AI narration

I have tried to listen to this audible 3 times but I just cant get past the AI narration. its terrible. the whole point of an audible is to listen to.the story come alive. the narrator makes or breaks an audible. this story had potential...but the AI totally ruined the book
AUTHORS...please, please, please, do not cheap out of your work. do NOT use AI for narration. it ruins the hard work you've put in to your book. If AI is your only option, opt out of an audible version of your book. it is so disappointing.

Very Bad AI narration - DNF

This may be a good book, I can’t even tell due to the horrific computer-like monotone AI narration. It was cringey and impossible to follow and listen to. I had to stop listening due to the book, it’s my favorite genre so was very unfortunate. Don’t get this audio book. You won’t get through it either.

How can anyone stand AI reading? My third grade granddaughter could do better! I have no idea if the story would have been good.
