I found the title and blurb misleading

For the most part interesting but at times it felt like an endless advertisement for the benefits of Tai Chi. Some of the correlations between Hermetics and the Tao also felt like quite a subjective stretch on the author’s side. It does a good job of making Tai Chi seem like an elixir of life but doesn’t really do as much justice to how this relates to Hermetic principles and Thoth as a figurehead at all. On the whole it will leave you with beneficial knowledge. The AI sometimes phrases things oddly and puts emphasis on the wrong syllables, but that is to be expected.
