This book is intended for future parents and parents of children under 2 years of age and offers practical advice and scientifically validated information on the three fundamental pillars of health during the first 1,000 days (environmental safety, nutrition, and emotional safety). It contains a wealth of information on the questions that parents may have from the start of their pregnancy, on the environment, pregnancy, baby’s development, and parenthood. In a tone that is intended to be benevolent and supportive, this book deals with numerous subjects such as breastfeeding, chemical substances, baby’s diet, the relationship with the baby, support for parenthood, well-being as a couple, etc. On the other hand, this book does not deal with the specific cases linked to the pathologies of pregnancy and the young child, and in no case are they likely to substitute for a medical consultation.

Was looking for more info about after the baby was born which I didn’t find until the last quarter of the book. Some information is out of date. Narration is good but robotic sounds.
