As an attorney 33 years and financial planner for 23 years, I have experienced the repeated frustration of having created "The best laid plans" including drafting of documents, complete with valuations and Insurance policy illustrations, only to see the plans disintegrate from inaction. I have seen firsthand the devastating effects of inaction, watching family members litigate their legacies into Bankruptcy and dissolution.

I spent 30 years in public accounting working with many closely held businesses and this book is full of practical and important advice that is often overlooked or ignored.
