Hearing The Star Scroll

Hearing Christa Lewis narrate this 2nd book of this triad by Melanie Rawn that I and my son's read years ago was such a treat, so enjoyable. It was much easier to imagine what each scene, character and weave of colors!
I highly recommend this book allone and if you enjoy this easy stretch then try this trilogy. And there is another trilogy that follows: separate except in time.
I have found another purpose this audio book on my pad serves. I have my V.A. diagnosed P.T.S.D. conditions that taking 10 to 15 minutes (pad has a countdown timer for audiobooks) to take control and give total focus to a story written and narrated with 5 star quality has helped any time 24/7.

Tangle of issues and people!

Such political and moral complexities! Wonderful series. Narrator is good, but drops to a murmur during narrative stretches, which plays havoc with headphone settings!

I keep coming back to this excellent series!! It’s so well written and full of characters I love and memories I treasure!

Epic

I love how Rawn has expanded this story. It’s not only about kingdoms but trust, family, and loyalty. Utmost it’s a story of the earning, keeping, and recognition of respect among people and the dragons
