Worth your time.

Really enjoyed all 3 of these books. Well read, good story plots. Worth the read.

Great end of of an epic series

I think all worked out as it should. I was of course enthralled until the very end.

I want to cry, I loved the story and every character with all my heart. R.S. Ford is absolutely amazing at storytelling and Derek Perkins reading was absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for more in a fantastical setting and I would highly recommend it to anyone loving the genre. I look forward to listening to Ford's other series.

Good character development. The story felt forced

Good and interesting characters, but the story arc felt pieced together and incomplete, almost like the author was having trouble figuring out how to finish it. Not bad, but also not great.

What a wonderful way to end a heart island sorrowful story. 1-3 very great storyline 💯💯💯

A very satisfying trilogy.

A very decent battle fantasy with a good balance of grim death and heroes with flaws. Note for those who keep track, there's sexual equally between heroes and villains.

Justin; in particular, manages to stay alive for all 3 books. A deadly killer first as a soldier, then a mercenary, a pirate, and finally a leader in the opposition to the fanatical army trying to destroy the world for their goddess. He easily became a favorite with his quips and narrow escapes.

The gods that are causing such havoc are an interesting concept. The usual idea that they have to be worshiped to have power when they incarnate into the human realm. They easily achieve this because their Aura is so strong they are immediately worshiped.

In their own realm there is a variety of gods in appearance and speciality waiting to inhabit a human body. Many seem to have a real grudge, a desire to destroy the world. And of course you couldn't have a decent war without a god opposing the war mongering god.

loved the books

could easily be one of the top of my favorite series. truly enjoyed the performance, the story and the ending. curious to see what other books are available by the author.

there were a couple of unresolved plot twists, but overall I've enjoyed it.

Rushed conclusion

I felt like the author really didn't know what to do at the end of his story. I enjoyed the first two books much more.
