Alex Wyndham
The story of the first Illeniel wizard continues.
Tyrion's life among the She'Har had become quiet, but the sins of his youth have returned to haunt him. The Mordan wardens have discovered one of his children, and the other groves are racing to find and claim the rest of his illegitimate offspring. Unable to stand by and watch as his children are used as pawns against one another, Tyrion makes a hard choice, one that will set him against everyone and everything he cares for. Others' love made his children strong, but his hate will make them powerful.

If you could sum up The Silent Tempest in three words, what would they be?
Great, exiting, riveting. What did you like best about this story?
It flows so beautifully, carrying on the story of the beginning of the universe of the Mageborn series. The author really captures the strains of emotion that flow through the story and brings it to life. One can really feel the love and hatred being churned about in the story. The arena fights are well crafted stories, no problem suspending belief and letting the 'new' reality wash over. What does Alex Wyndham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Alex voices the book such that it is simply a pleasure to audit the story.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Neither laughter nor crying, but a sense of involvement and deep emotional involvement.Any additional comments?
This is a great read and I look forward to more of the same as the story progresses. Easily in the same league as David Gemmell and Joe Abercrombie!Riveting
