I loved this audio book.

I thought the characters were great, and I am really beginning to understand them. This is the 5th book by Lisa Regan that I have to listen to and have enjoyed every one. The storylines are quite superb. I was holding my breath throughout wondering what the ending would be like.

maybe best to read the series in order

I think it must be important to listen to the audiobook series in order because I had a difficult time figuring out the gist of the story as it moved forward. The characters were presented as if we knew who they were. On that basis I didn't enjoy this listen as much as I might have had I already listened to the 4 previous books first.

Wow a great clean creative listen

I'm definitely going to listen to all the Detective Claire Nicholls novels. I loved this audiobook inline 1. Fast-paced and very well written crime fiction. I was surprised that Kim was so young at the beginning of the novel, but he’s very determined and resourceful and he’s had to deal with plenty of issues in his early childhood, which has forced him to grow up very quickly.

Trapped in the cellar

KT Ashbourne's The Silent Cellar of Salo is a tense gripping mystery that will take your breath away. Listeners will find themselves trapped in the cellar with Kim, and experience a claustrophobic tension as the story develops. Claire Nicholls' narration is very good for this type of story. If you like tense nerve wracking suspense, you'll love The Silent Cellar of Salo!

Excellent. Worth much more than 5 stars

I loved this audiobook. I thought the characters were great, and I am really beginning to understand them. I was holding my breath throughout wondering what the ending would be like. There is no doubt this audiobook will keep you on the edge of your seat. Once started, I think you will find it difficult to put down. Well done Claire Nicholls.

Back at it again

Kim's back in another good mystery with interesting characters that are part of an interesting mystery. You'll enjoy it so when you get a chance pick up a copy and enjoy.

Kidnapped!

After a deceptively mundane beginning, Kim is kidnapped! After being trussed up and blindfolded she finds herself in a dungeon with no external light, her purse with phone and her bag of groceries gone, but at least there is electricity. The meals are served and taste good but meager though she does get enough bottled water. She is there for several weeks and does prove to be a pretty good McGyver! No spoilers! I loved it!
Claire Nicholls continues to do a great job as narrator!

Fantastic thriller

I have listened to all of this series by KT Ashbourne but this one was so well crafted that I couldn’t believe what I was listening to. I was blown away by the story and the multiple incidents that evolved into one of the best audiobooks I’ve listened to this year. I can’t wait for the next one.
