I love hearing Laura's own words and thoughts, and about her continued adventuresome spirit. It was fun to hear about the trips she and Rose took together

The story behind Little House

I enjoyed this insight into Laura’s adult life through her correspondence to family, friends and fans. It was great to know what happened to everyone in the series and understand how the books developed. She seemed like a kind and caring lady.

Very Nostalgic

It was great to get this insight into the life of the writer of the Little House books. It’s always sad to me to hear of the loss of some of the correspondence. The same has happened to me.

Love Love Love Little House

I grew up watching The Little House on the Prairie and was excited to find this audiobook. It was a Good listen & I enjoyed it. I'm a History Geek & this was like a walk back in time. I also grew up in Michigan & I never knew of her connection to the People & Children there.
