I wish symbols were more critical to the story

The same events could've happened in literally any other old city. I wish the symbols and landmarks were more critical to the story and the story was dependent on old legends and believes

Suspenseful and well researched! Just as great as his previous works. Great twists and turns. 100% recommendable.

Well paced thriller served up by a pro - Enjoy!

Dan Brown brings together all the ingredients for a gripping thriller in perfect proportion and with just the right amount of seasoning. A thoroughly entertaining read - engaging characters, plausible science and a romantic setting. The twists and turns continue through to a satisfying conclusion. I loved the self-aware epilogue too!

The story line was thought provoking

The story could have been told more succinctly. While the story line was interesting, the book itself went on too long with many unnecessary descriptions.

Knowledge and facts unknown now more understandable.

So much to think and ponder about. Just love too go with this author on his journeys. For me he is the best. Thank you Sir!!!

Can be trimmed down quite a bit

I remember enjoying the earlier books much more with tighter pace that was literally page turners. This book while I love the topics and the plot, many parts felt like a textbook. Some concepts were explained with too much details and too many examples given. Really felt it could be trimmed back by 1/3 at least.

Fantastic book. Well written . Couldn’t stop listening. Dan Brown has shone again. Loved all his books so far. Hopefully there are more to come.
