Loyalty
Such a wonderful story about life, love & family if you enjoy happily ever after, which I do. There are plenty of tense moments for the ones that need that. In this time of world chaos, I enjoy when love is stronger than the chaos.

Another fabulous creation by Catherine Alliott & excellent performance by Caroline Doughty as usual.
Caroline’s reading truly is one of the greatest. Love her ability to read the story so flawlessly & naturally. I love her voice too. Her voice is made for Catherine Alliotts stories.
This is my 5th (or 6th) book by C. A.
& this one again did not disappoint. Her stories are always about family dynamics & our relationships with others around us. The characters in her stories are always built around people who could easily be us. She discusses our flaws, our strengths, struggles, life experiences, & the process to face them. Her stories make one contemplate ourselves & this one did not disappoint. She’s brilliant.
If this is your first C.A. book, be patient as they wind around many details, but matter to the story. Give the story time to develop and you will be pleased.
This one is one of my favorites of hers I’ve read so far.

Fun Beach Read
A very sweet story - light and frothy, but with some real twists and turns. Relatable characters and some laugh out loud moments. At first I thought the narrator was a bit flat, but I warmed to her voice by the end.

A Wonderful Reading of The Secret Life!
I LOVED this book and Caroline Doughty's narration of it is simply marvelous! How exhausting it must be to not only read all of those pages but to actually capture the various characters (male and female), the personalities, tones and imagery, While Catharine Alliott created the prose and painted the scenes beautifully, Caroline Doughty brought it all to life!! How Caroline was able to keep all of the individuals straight and consistent in her rendition of their characters is hard to imagine??!! Wonderful job, really!! I have one hour left, and I will be sad to be finished!! Listen and enjoy this charming story.
