comprehensive overview

It is an amazing description of the events of WWII. Full of details and presented in a very organized way. I am loving this book. It is really helping me understand the full history.

Very Hard To Put Down

Very hard to put down. A weaving of misguided complacency and "out of the square" thinking that carried the day. It's now history.

Happy I found this book!!!

Over the past two decades, The writer has proved himself as one of the world's premier historians of WWII.There is little balance to be found and much of the narrative relies on gossipy speculation and hearsay.

Really effective book.

The author's researches of issues of united leadership are examples of fair-minded view and just perspective, and his evaluations of leadership practically protected, to the probable trouble of followers of all stripes.

Pieces of knowledge

Everything that high school history should have been for World War 2, intriguing, entertaining, and completely enrapturing in the way that I feel all history teachers should be.
