What other book might you compare The Sanctuary to and why?

You may have met the hero before quiet and strong. And you may have met the heroine before annoyingly dysfunctional and blind with love. However the combination with transcending mortal failings was new for me.

What does Henry Leyva and Rebecca Soler bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It would have to be the final prison yard scene, when Danny transcends all the ties that bond him.

WOW! Edge of your seat "page turner"!

Loved it! Book 2 in the Danny Hansen series was amazing the story of Danny and Renae continues with twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat! What a great read!

We all have a bit of "monster" in us, it comes in all shapes and sizes and wears all kinds of costumes. Fear, envy, deceit, pride, shame, murder, theft, adultery, etc. Gods Son, Jesus Christ, is the only way to being saved from those "monsters". He knows our sins and loves us regardless of them. God's grace, Christ's blood, is the way to salvation and therefore everlasting life in heaven.

Awesome book

Ted Dekker does it again!! I love his style! This book was so good! It was hard to pull away from it to get things done. I’m so happy I purchased it. The first book in the series was good also! Buy it you will listen again and again!

It was not one of his best works.

Ted Dekker is normally one of my favorite authors but his character development of the main girl made her unlikable and annoying which unfortuently made the book difficult to get through in multiple sections.

The story was riveting and never would have thought that Keith was the one Renee called sicko.

Suspenseful and beautifully crafted

I love the masterpiece from the anointed mentor, I love anything you wrote or that you will still write. I will always love your works.

A challenge to get through.

Of the many Dekker books I have read, this was easily the hardest one to get through. It felt like it could have been way shorter. Long as it was I know Ted wasn’t able to lead me to the place he wanted me to go. Hopefully in his latest books, which I have yet to read, he will be able to convey his message in a way I can receive it.

Ted Dekker at his finest! Excellent! Masterful! I I've been a Dekker enthusiast for years, and I've never been disappointed with his writings. This may be one of his greatest works yet.

Loved this book, a twist at every turn.

I listen to audiobooks, then i will buy the hardback for my library, i will be purchasing this book to my library.

Ok book not best readers.

Accents inconsistent. Story line ok. Overall just an ok book. Not Dekker's best work. Would recommend others before this one.
