When the king of sex, drugs, and rock-n-roll, Zac Master, dies in a plane crash, he's sent to hell and offered a choice: Return to Earth as Satan's minion, or face eternal damnation. So naturally, Zac chooses life, and his miraculous resurrection from the dead sets off a media frenzy.

The resurrected rockstar tells the tale of Zac's struggle for redemption against the forces of the prince of darkness. He is aided in his battle by a beautiful young reporter, her cynical, worldly-wise cameraman, his loyal manager, a pastor with a horrific past and a dark secret, and a former gangster-rapper turned Holy Man. However, Zac and his friends discover that they're not just fighting for Zac's eternal soul—the fate of the entire world hangs in the balance.

Starting with a prophetic, apocalyptic dream, the narrative becomes ominous as all signs point to the human race entering the end times. Zac must summon up all his courage and a newly found faith for the final, world- shaking battle with Satan. Will God's sovereignty prevail, or is this the end of all life on Earth as we know it and the beginning of a new dark Age?
