Daily devotional or companion book to the study, 40 Days of Love

Our couples Bible Study group used this book alongside of Rick Warren’s study book, 40 days of love, and both books complement each other beautifully. I initially purchased this book on Audible because my schedule was so busy at the time, I thought it would be easier to have someone read to me. What a blessing it was to hear Tom Holladay speak his words directly to me! He is a wonderful narrator and even better storyteller! Listen to Tom read as you go along with his butt so that you can highlight and underline whatever words are speaking to you at that moment. I have listened to this book 3 times now as a daily devotional and each time it still feels new! Great book, Biblically sound!

What a blessing

I loved it so much, I went back and listened to it again. To live your relationships as God has called us to by Jesus's example, it's a daily challenge, but a worthy one.

Excellent Book

Mr. Holladay did an excellent job of showing us how to apply the Word of God to our lives. With Jesus as our sole example, a believer can’t go wrong. I highly recommend this book.

Tom is a truly inspiring man of God and a wonderful writer and pastor. I was so happy to discover that he, himself, narrated his own book...and he even did that with marked expertise, emotion and the kind of connection that only the writer, himself, could relay to his audience. Thank you, Tom, for this book and audio narration. It has already inspired a more loving view of my relations with others, thinking and feeling more as Jesus did.
