Excellent advice from the 17th Century pastor and author Richard Baxter. What a privilege to hear exhortation from one of the champions of the faith, from a movement that changed the Western world and led God to bless it with hundreds of years of unprecedented freedom and prosperity. This book is must for every Pastor to read or listen to. Baxter’s putting others first is a great example of how a true shepherding Pastor is supposed to conduct himself.
