Very Enlightening!

This book gives a great insight into not only the depths of what’s causing problems and poor choices in our relationships, but offers God and heart centered solutions to change and rewiring. Absolutely worth the read!

A hidden diamond of truth that truly helped within

I am writing this review since I was prompted after listening to this book once. I was getting ready to listen to it again since the wealth of understanding needs to be heard repeatedly. I have since gifted the book to someone I know who will benefit from it.

conflates theology and psychiatry to suggest<br />...

You need to join AA, a church, or pay$$$ to a shrink. why? because you have issues from childhood... they cause you to think like a panicked animal.

OK.

But what is this "SELF" that you need to engender? Write more about "SELF" ...

pseudoscience and far too preachy.

this book is not about scientific discovery about cognitive patterns but connecting with god. If your looking for true science and theory check out the great courses

Horrible Speaker

Now I'll admit I'm a tiny bit picky about who I can listen to reading a book for hours on end but this guy really takes the cake. He sounds more like a robot than any new A.I. robot voice does(sorry bud). Shame really, I'm sure its a great book.

Mostly biblical reading

Good book if you’re looking for scripture, much of the text is about the Bible and scripture.
