I've learned about untapping the subconscious mind in the past, but this audiobook is compiled well and was a good reminder of what to do. I don't wholeheartedly agree with the law of attraction, but there are some things there that I found useful. I think this was originally published in the 60s and has some outdated information, but it's interesting to see people still publish new copies of this book. My favorite part is the one that teaches you to think about how we think.

I get why this book is still around. some of it feels dated, but there’s a lot in here that still's still really relatable. the way it talks about belief shaping reality... kind of hard to ignore once you start noticing it in your own life. i found myself replaying certain parts just to let them sink in. not everything landed for me, but the stuff that did will stick with me and change how I see some things.
