Most of the book is bad sounding, such a shame that is only hours of listening but very unhelpful for sure :(
The voice is so annoying I can’t listen to this. My mom requested this for Christmas. She listened to it. Still a bitch. Did not develop good habits. Very thin in meaning and very disappointing.. Lot of clichés. Really not worth the money and the time listening this audiobook .
I see another audiobook from this author, I will never collect as well :(

Waste of time
It was really a bad idea to hear this audiobook for me. Save your time and don't listen to this. I don't want to insult the writer but this book is soo bad. The ideas in this book are not pretty much acceptable at all.

Nothing is helpful

Worst Audiobook
Such a very poor concept. This is just waste of time and money. I'll never recommend anyone to hear this. All the books of this author should be banned from Amazon. Such a imaginative thoughts are given here. This is foolishness but nothing.

I was thinking that will be something more creative, but there is nothing helpful. it's like someone just came up with their own crazy theory and then wrote a book about it.
It was VERY disappointing! It’s basically an Internet listicle of really shallow tips. Like “listen” and “write down how you’re feeling”. I would hardly call this a self-help book - it’s not any better than a free online article... Thanks

Bad and gibberish content
This is my highly bad experience of listening. Never before had so much bad experience.
There is a limit to cheating with people. This author does not have that. He has reached the maximum limit of cheating. He has no knowledge about the power of his good habits.
He does not even know what he wrote. I LOST my money for this cheater author. I will never buy his book's single copy of anymore.

such a bad book, bad narrate as well . . .
Buying it means nothing more than wasting money.
I downloaded this book and started listening to it, but after about an hour or so, it stopped playing and displayed a message about needing to switch the "Download Quality" to "High" in the settings screen, redownload the audio file.
I couldn't ever find the download screen and I am frustrated and would either like my credit back or the problem to be resolved. I haven't ever had a problem like this with any of the books I've downloaded.
I will never recommend this audible book.
