this is an encouraging book of inspiring thoughts , many new ways of thinking, all about being kind to yourself, and gives a new way of looking at unlikeable people, well it did for me anyway

Get this book!

I just completed the audiobook for the second time. It was worth every minute. I will gain even greater insight after hearing it a third time. Repetition is the father of mastery! Thank you Louise!!!

Im trying to find inner peace self love and forgiveness. going through alot and I put it on every time im hurting and it helps. not always able to practice it but it helps. still learning
