but worth it so much. this book is heavy and thrilling. no wonder its the book 2nd only to the Bible itself.

I enjoyed this so much I've asked my Pastor's wife to lead a women's study of it.

One of the most read/sold books in world history

There's been a rediscovery of this classic work. I had read an illustrated children's version 35 years ago, so I was familiar with the basic plot, but I picked up this version based on one scholar's recommendation that this editor's modernized language was still true to the original text. It did not leave out or grossly alter key theological components of or dialogue in the original. I've listened to it a couple of times now for myself and read the ebook version to my children. Their interest was captured quickly, and the story prompted a lot of good discussion with them.

Excellent, I will definitely listen again. It helps a Christian understand how he relates to God and how to make choices in his life.

Too many voice inflections.

All of the voice alterations for the different characters became a little annoying. got especially tired of the voice for Christian.

Excellent

This book shows the journey of a Christian from accepting Christ to arrival in the promised land. It shows, through a story, most of the challenges that a Christian will face. Much better lessons then most of the "how to" Christian stuff out there today.
