Wonderful storyline with encouraging faith-based message. The world needs more authors and books like this one—great story with an uplifting, feel good message. You can’t go wrong with Dan Walsh! 🥰

Timeless story
Started listening on a 4 mile walk & couldn’t stop until it was finished. Love the era of the story & the characters. Reputation was everything in those times & scandal to be avoided at all costs. Didn’t want it to end. The family was successful but obviously was not in the same sphere as the Vanderbilts & Astors of that time. Never read a book where the messes & odors created by the horses in the city was brought to light. Anyway would love a story built around Cedric.
AI voice was ok. Have listened to many AI voices lately & some are a bit trying.

God’s plan
This is a wonderful story of just how God’s plan comes to fruition not matter how the enemy tries to stop it. It’s a story of just how true the scripture is that the power of life and death is in the tongue.
I was totally engrossed in this story of forgiveness and redemption and look forward to more by this author.

Repetition
It was just a lot of repetition. It was a good story, but the only problem was it just can’t repeating things that were happening over and over. It was just too much and it was getting very annoying.
