This was a very sweet love story about looking for love in the wrong places. Sometimes love is right under your nose the entire time you are desperately searching. I'm so happy she got her perfect Christmas and what sounded like the beginnings of a perfect life together.

Beautiful book get you in the Christmas love spirit.

Match Maker who a doesn’t Want to Marry

Ladies who want to get married and can’t meet a man turn to a Matchmaker for help. The cost is enormous ,but with a guarantee,they think it’s worth it.
Two Tex ladies who work for a plastic company are complaining about wanting to get married, but not meeting men that are the marring kind. One lady tells her friend that she even went to a Matchmaker, but he turned her down because she said she was in love with someone else, But she insisted that her friend should go to see him.He was good at his job!
The cost was $30,000!! The friend decides to make an appointment,and the story starts with the application! It was so long and confusing. Why did he need to know all these questions?

First Thought when Finished: The Perfect Christmas by Debbie Macomber was a quick, sweet, and fun Christmas read.

Story Thoughts: The Perfect Christmas was a sweet Christmas romance! The story was short and sweet but made for a great afternoon read with a hot cup of tea. I love matchmaker storylines so that made me smile. My only complaint was the end was much to quick for me. However, the rest of the story was delightful and fun! Perfect for the season.

Tavia is one of my favorite narrators and she did an excellent job with The Perfect Christmas. Her pacing, emotion, and delivery were spot on and I think did the characters justice.

Christmas miracles

Do you believe in Christmas miracles? Going to a professional matchmaker and ploping down $30,000.00 is a huge risk. Satisfaction guaranteed, would you chance it? This story will make you laugh and perhaps even shed a tear or two, but you'll be delighted by the warm fuzzies you also receive from listening to this delightful audiobook. 😍

Predictable

The plot was predictable and you knew what was going to happen to the characters pretty early on, but it was a fun light listen anyway. Typical of Debbie Macomber's romance stories.

Warm and Fuzzy Christmas

I enjoyed this Christmas story. The relationship between the two main characters was very entertaining. At Christmas time it's always nice to hear a warm and fuzzy story with a happy ending. It was exactly what I expected it to be: A romanctic comedy with lots of warm fuzzies...and a little bit of cheese.

Oh! Almost forgot...um...I have to say that the narrator was a bit annoying for me. She really over-enunciated the words and made me feel like she was reading to a small child.

A must listen to.

Simple and purely delightful. I️ enjoyed ever minute if it. Not deep but just an enjoyable performance.

Intelligent and emotional

strong in performance and story, both. cheesy but that is what I hoped in a story with holiday spirit. I cried in one or two places. I was pleasantly surprised how wholesome, and respecting traditional values.
